Currently serving as the Vice President of IT Transformation and Innovation at Assurant, Inc., Norbert Monfort plays a crucial role in spearheading technological advancements and innovative practices within the organization. His expertise includes business processes, service delivery, requirements analysis, enterprise software, and enterprise architecture. He is a recognized speaker at conferences and a published author on topics related to Artificial Intelligence and its applications.

With over 30 years of experience in senior engineering and management roles at Fortune 500 companies, Norbert has established himself as a strong product management professional. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from Florida International University (FIU).

In addition to his corporate achievements, Norbert is an Adjunct Professor at FIU, where he imparts knowledge in IT-related subjects. His passion for education and mentorship is evident in the development of a unique course and accompanying textbook titled “Enterprise IT Troubleshooting,” adopted by the state of Florida’s educational system.
